Angelina first performed the song in the style of Billie Holiday in February 2014 for the second round ("judges cut") of Norske Talenter. She also performed it a little later for the final episode of the Lilyhammer dark comedy series, where she played a bar singer. In November 2017 she recorded it for her first album It's Magic with the Forsvarets Stabsmusikkorps, and performed it live in June the next year at the album's premiere concert.
