"Unchained Melody" is a 1955 song with music by Alex North and lyrics by Hy Zaret. Originally written for the film Unchained^↗ and recorded by Todd Duncan for its soundtrack, it became widely known through the 1965 recording by The Righteous Brothers.^{scope: entire paragraph}

Angelina first performed the song at Nattjazz Festival in late of May 2015. Later that year, she performed it as a short version on the Lindmo talk show. In early 2018, she released a longer home studio recording on her Angelina Jordan CoverChannel. Then, starting in September 2023, she performed it in all of her US concerts up to early 2026, and also with KORK at a 2023 Nobel Peace Price event.
